How to Enter
PHASE I – Register to Enter and Submit 3-5 Page Business Plan

Due TUESDAY, MAY 5, 2009, 5:00 pm PDT
Please have the following ready when you register to enter the competition online:
- your name
- e-mail address
- mailing address
- phone number
- occupation
- a one-line description of your business idea (indicate which category, either Health or General)
- your business plan that describes your proposed venture in 3-5 pages (see details below)
To be eligible, we must receive your business plan before Tuesday, May 5, 2009
5:00pm PDT. There is no cost to enter the competition.

The 3-5 Page Business Plan should address the following:
- Proposed product, service, or technology to be commercialized
- How it addresses the target audience (45 plus, boomer, or senior market)
- Overview of competitive landscape and advantages
- Plan for execution, stage of development
- Profitability potential
- Information about your management team
You will be notified Friday, May 15, 2009 if your plan is one of the finalists chosen. Brief written feedback from multiple judges will be sent to all finalists.
